Rice cake diary
Since ancient times, Japanese have done rice cultivation and made it a daily bread. For that reason, there are many things related to rice cultivation such as prayer festival, Shin Nao Festival, etc. in shrine rituals. It is an important ceremony to honor labor for giving us the food of life from God and to have gratitude. Even in the Imperial Household, the Emperor himself will plant rice plants and harvest.
Also at Asakusa Shrine, we tried rice cultivation and tried to dedicate the taken rice to God.
Everyone is an amateur. Please do let me know if you have any opinion, such as doing this, that will work out this way.
