鳥よけとしてネットを被せてみました。
稲の成長にどれだけ影響があるかは不明です。無事に実ってくれるといいんですが。

9月5日

すこしわかりづらいですが、穂が出はじめています。

8月11日 かかし作り

お米をまもってくれるかかしを作ります。たくさんの児童が集まってくれました。

大きなかかしも作ります。

つくったかかしは社殿でお祓いをします。

思い思いの場所にかかしを刺してもらいます。

最後にカブトムシ小屋の見学です。残念ながらあまりの暑さに、外に出ているカブトムシは少なかったです。

8月8日

暑い中、稲がすくすく成長してます。もう少し太くなってほしいですね。

May 28 Rice planting

Rice planting is often exposed to rain, but this year we were blessed with unusually good weather.
A large number of children gathered.

Before rice planting, I pray to God that the rice planting will be completed without accidents and that there will be a good harvest.

After receiving an explanation of how to plant rice, you will receive seedlings one by one.

Rice is planted according to the mark.
Plant it firmly to the back so that it does not float in the water.

It looks like nothing, but the seedlings are neatly planted.

Next is the planting of potato seedlings.
We make a ridge like a mountain peak and plant seedlings there.

Now it's time to make moss rice paddies.
I was instructed by Satomachi.
It is a moss ball made by planting rice seedlings in mud balls and sticking moss to them.
The rice grows properly.

Finally, add eyes and mouths to complete the process.
Don't forget to give them water.
